Yes, we absolutely ship CANADA/USA (minimum order required of $50 CAD).  In addition we also ship to the following countries:

Our fulfillment network includes shipping locations such as: UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Brazil.  Outside of these locations will be considered special international shipping which varies by carrier.  *In the event that your order doesn't meet the minimum order amount, a shipping surcharge of $15 applies. 

Tracking numbers and estimated shipping durations?

Processing and dispatch time is within 1-3 days. Estimated shipping duration is approximately 3-7 however as a precaution we give a time frame of 14 business days (based on geographical location). We aim to do our best, however some of our distributors are located in Europe and Asia, as well as North America.  When available Meta Beauty will always provide a tracking number.

Refund Policy:

Due to hygienic reasons, all products such as cosmetics (lashes and nails), swimwear are final sale. **Refunds will only be granted on items that are longer than 60 days to receive, and in the event that items are not as described, you are responsible for return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and a return ticket will be provided via e-mail. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Curbside Pickup (Local to Ottawa, Ontario K1B 4C4): 

During checkout you will have the option to select curbside pick up, and can be arranged at a conveniently selected time. Curbside location details will be provided once checkout is completed.
